The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that I did NOT enjoy the (thankfully) brief experience with Curtis Matsumoto the finance guy. He was rude and condescending and it was very confusing trying to follow what in the world he was talking about. Also felt like he wasn’t very truthful or upfront about a lot of things. So for that I give Curtis 0 stars and Kerry 5 stars. More

Fast and easy I had a really great experience with Tony Honda and their sales associate Limuel Javines. I was able to test drive the car couple days before I finali I had a really great experience with Tony Honda and their sales associate Limuel Javines. I was able to test drive the car couple days before I finalized everything. I test drove the 2019 Honda CRV EX and Limuel was very informative and showed me all the fancy technology that is included in the car and all its safety features. My biggest concern was the monthly payments and the interest fee; Limuel was able to give me a price for the car including the taxes, shipping and handling and document fees. From my first time meeting him I was able to go home and discuss the monthly payments with my partner. Limuel was not forceful in me purchasing the car and he allowed me enough time to think everything through. He definitely made me feel comfortable and stress free knowing that I am an expectant mom and that this is my first time purchasing a car so he made everything easy and smooth for us. I highly recommend seeing Limuel Javines at Tony Honda. Definitely will be recommending my family and friends. More

Yeah age has nothing to do with it , it’s how I’m responsible enough to try my best to work out my finances in hard times. Let me just tell you that Scott Kekumano had the outmost audacity to see my heart and understand my trial at the time & all I have to say is much Mahalos to you Scott. You were so great, back & forth he went to make things work out for me. His vibe, his heart, his understanding was over the top. I mean what can I say more other than thankyou for getting me into another vehicle in such short notice. Thank you for taking the initiative and guiding me through this entire process. You are much appreciated and family to me. Now the price tag on the vehicle isn’t where I wanted it to be but everything worked out for the better & I am more than grateful for all your help. Oh but wait let me not forget Mr. Danny, letting me use all my foul language in his office, allowing me to vent out my stress & making sure payments can work out for me even with all the insurance I needed included.
