My wife experienced battery failure on her CR-V late one afternoon and I stopped at Tony Honda and Mr David Pagan went beyond the norm to do the checks and get the faulty battery replaced to the relief of my wife, as she had an appointment the following day. Prior to stopping at Tony Honda, I called and was was told it was too late to check her car. I have purchased Honda's since 1981 since I retired from the US Army and Mr. Pagan is an exceptional service writer and his technically expertise is appreciated.
