This is a review of Tony Honda service dept. Is this a scam or what that's what a 500% Mark up from your own parts dept. Well that's what my 83 yr old mom paid and after I did some research that's just one of the things I found out is this the industry standard a legal ripoff. That happened in April of 2023 and here it is Sept and the air is no longer working this is on a 2011 Honda civic 2 Dr coupe with barely 10000 miles yep a 12 yr old Honda with 10,000 original miles. Purchased new from Tony Honda. Well here we are in Sept air not working after paying $3200 for service in April. Turns out it's the HVAC blower motor and resistor ( not transistor as your service rep suggested) total est for repair was almost $800 the blower motor was just over $400 I bought the exact same part on Amazon for under $40 the resistor they wanted $121 that was $17 on Amazon and worst of all they wanted $269 labor for a literal 10 min job. I'm not a Honda mechanic and it took me 10 min to locate and replace both parts a familiar Honda mechanic would probably take 5 min. I don't understand how you people justify this crap how do you sleep at night knowing you ripped off some retired person on fixed income with you rip off ( just cause it's legal does not make it right) Mark ups and pricing. I'll never from this moment forward pass a opportunity to bad mouth tony Honda you guys are xxxxxxxx of the worst kind I'll see you xxxxxxxx in xxxx More

Another very satisfying service appointment with Sean Kikuchi! I always contact Sean directly as he'll fit me into his tight schedule, so I don't have weeks to wait. As always, my cost at this service date was reasonable as he always spaces out the items in my maintenance chart so it's never a super big amount that I have to pay for at each visit. Sean takes care of me and gives me his honest opinion for which I'm grateful. It's such a BIG relief knowing that I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust that will not take advantage of me. Not only is he ALWAYS helpful, but he listens and pays full attention to my concerns; plus, he's super nice and friendly! He's the service guy to see! Thanks Sean! See you again! More

I recently visited the dealership and met again with Wade Szameitat, my service advisor. Wade has always been extremely helpful, professional and polite. A joy to work with. He always goes out of his way to be helpful but on my last visit he went way beyond "the call of duty." My car battery had died, I got a jump and went into to see him, I was quite frazzled, but he immediately calmed me down with his smile. I had no appointment but needed my car. He took care of everything and got it handled within less than an hour. He did this despite the fact that it was his DAY OFF! What a guy!! By the way, I bought my Honda from this dealership and people like Wade will keep me coming back. More
