George Toro helped me this morning when my service tech did not come to work for my appointment. He helped me get my loaner, helped me unload my things from my car to the loaner. After stressful months of horrible experiences from car dealerships on Maui, I decided to take a leap of chance and look into a different island for a car. I literally just was about to give up when I got in touch with the folks over at Tony Honda. And I must say I am so, SO happy I did not give up! I was first put in touch with Darlyn from sales and from start to finish of recieving the car I couldn’t have been happier with her service! She did everything she could possibly do to bless us with a beautiful Mazda. Everything was super fast and they helped me every step of the way.Not only did HER amazing customer service make me want to give Tony Honda a 5 star review but also Val and Moi from finance were also amazing as well!! Sweetest people I have ever dealt with in a car dealership! They really take pride in helping folks out when they need a vehicle. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2017! I can honestly say the whole experience is NOT the same since the 6-7 years that I bought my first vehicle. I recently bought my second beginning I can honestly say the whole experience is NOT the same since the 6-7 years that I bought my first vehicle. I recently bought my second beginning of this year. I’ve dealt with non stop xx, and to top it off people with authority like Steve A. & Scott M. whom I thought is supposed to be of HELP were totally unprofessional with such bad attitudes! I picked up my vehicle not in the same state I dropped it off. All tint was stripped of it and all I got were threats and to go about my way! Is that how you treat your customers?! Steve has no aloha whatsoever and his bad attitude will ruin this place! He’s lucky to have Jacob & Limuel behind him because they’re awesome! I won’t ever recommend this place nor will I ever refer anyone and I’m taking my business elsewhere. More
This was my first time purchasing a car and what was supposed to be an exciting experience was actually very frustrating. There was poor communication between the departments at Honda. I was told twice by staff to come in for a safety check, but when I got there at the time they provided, I was told both times that staff did not follow through on scheduling me and I had to wait a few hours as a walk-in instead. Additionally, it took two months for staff to turn in a transfer of title/power of attorney form to the dmv, which delayed receipt of my registration. After I left work early to come in and sign that form, I was told that staff would try to expedite it. However, a week later, staff then contacted me back that they lost the form. This delayed my registration and renewal of the expired safety on the car. There was never any acknowledgment from staff about the multiple inconveniences that I was caused. I feel they did not follow through on customer service. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this dealership. More
