Our salesman Riley was awesome. He went over the top to make us happy with our Tucson. Ask for Riley if your in the market for a new car. Our only issue was Dane the "finisher" or finance guy. He totally ignored our wishes that was agreed on and signed by us with Riley. I walked out crying. The guy wouldn't take no for an answer. Plus, once I asked how much longer would it take to complete our transaction...he replied that it would only take a couple of minutes. Then another salesman brought in another application. So Dane proceeded to work on both of them..We let Riley know that we weren't happy with Danes behavior. Riley really tried hard to get what we originally wanted. He was unable to, so when went to pick up our car...he had added a portable rack on the roof. I drove it for the first time today and I just love it! More
