Excellent customer service! I was late and Leo was wonderful to still help me out. I watched Leo take the time to re-explain his answer to a lady ahead of me and he was the defi I was late and Leo was wonderful to still help me out. I watched Leo take the time to re-explain his answer to a lady ahead of me and he was the definition of customer service with his grace, patience and compassion. His eyes never left her as he explained things or when he assured her that she was understanding him correctly. It was one of those moments that stopped a hard day and some of the crazy in the world.
