Mind you, the core service performed was fine (I believe). I bought the vehicle at the dealer, and it is convenient to utilize them for service. Dropping the vehicle off first thing in the morning, I had 60 miles range remaining, and I asked if they could put it on charge since I was not picking it up until after 4 pm. I was told "no problem", we'll put it on charge. This was great, given I have a 100 mile drive home, it would save me a charing stop. I go into service, pay my bill, and the car gets pulled around, I get my fob, and get in the car...and it still has only 60 miles on it. If they did not or would not charge it - that's fine, tell me that, set my expectations, but do not make a promise, confirm that you are going to do something and then completely drop the ball and not inform me. It is not really disappointment, it simply is a frustration with the failure of communication and follow-through. "ARGH!" So Ryan and John, I'll let you guys figure out what happened... More
