I made an appointment for a safety recall and arrived 10 minutes early to check in. I was checked in and waited in the reception area. I was told the repair should take about an hour. As time passed I notic minutes early to check in. I was checked in and waited in the reception area. I was told the repair should take about an hour. As time passed I noticed all of the other customers coming and then going. At on point the reception area was empty except for me. After 90 minutes I saw my vehicle appear in the garage bay . Assuming the job was complete I walked to the counter only to find that they were only just getting to my vehicle! Was it a mistake? Perhaps , but it resulted in my time being wasted and a feeling that warranty repairs will certainly take a back seat to out of pocket customers. The service department really dropped the ball that day. I have had excellent experiences in the past and left positive reviews then but in the spirit of fairness , I need to share the bad experience too. I value my time and your service department should as well. I hope you do better next time. More

After not being able to make a service appt at another Hyundai dealer for months, we moved and I immediately got my appt at Tonkin Gladstone.
