I was told by another service center in a way that distills the thought there's nothing you can do about it, that this particular work would take 2 hours at the least. I guess the "least" was for padd distills the thought there's nothing you can do about it, that this particular work would take 2 hours at the least. I guess the "least" was for padding the 2-hour time. Which made me feel like I was about to go on a two-hour tour, two-hour tour. But this tiny ship wasn't going to be tossed by that fearless service center, so I got out of Dodge and came here to Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai and got the job time quoted in less than half the time and finished and finished in half THAT time!!! I couldn't believe it when they called my name 30 minutes later, I thought there must be a problem, but the only problem there was I left back in Dodge. And the service guy was also very nice and took the time to answer my dumb questions without making me feel dumber. I'll be back, no doubt! More

Usually, I am told how long the service appointment will take. This time, I wasn't. If I had known it would take 2 hours I would have made arrangements to go home to wait. It would have been nice if they had told me when I first scheduled the appointment. I expected it to be an hour, since that was how long it took the 1st time. The next day when I got in to drive, the alert that notifies me that I need to take the car in for maintenance soon, popped up. I have been in only two times for regular maintenance and both times they forgot to reset the maintenance alert. Also, after getting the paperwork signed, I'm used to having them run through what was done without me having to ask....I had to ask, and was never told if everything looked fine after the multi-point inspection.
