Great people. Only thing that irritates me is how they try to slip in extra cost items when drawing up a contract for new car purchase. Also with finance department you have to sit through them trying to sell those extra cost items again. If it weren’t for that, I would give them 5 stars. I know this is a typical practice with most new car dealers, but I think they should simply ask you up front whether you are interested in extra insurance or physical improvements for the car and leave it at that.
