Similar to another review, you could have earned 5 stars, but there was an issue with scheduling. I made it clear that dropping off the car first thing Thursday morning and picking it back up at the end of but there was an issue with scheduling. Checking-in at 4:00pm before leaving work, it was made clear to me that the work on the car was not complete and would not be done until Friday, and picking up the car that night and rescheduling was not an option. In the end we found a solution, but it created a lot of unnecessary stress. Had I been notified earlier in the day, I would have simply said to set the car aside, I'll pick it up that night, and we'll reschedule. More

Initially when I called I spoke with a gal name Mary who was extremely helpful. When I arrived with my car by towing company we were told exactly what to do and where to take the car. i would have rated a 5 star, but i was not very happy with how long my service took. i had a scheduled repair for 10:00 am on 7/5. i arrived on time and was greeted by a nice young lady named Mary. i wa with how long my service took. i had a scheduled repair for 10:00 am on 7/5. i arrived on time and was greeted by a nice young lady named Mary. i was there for a recall fix on our 2021 santa fe where they had to remove and reinstall the windshield. after i set in the waiting area i could see no one had touched our car by 11:15. i then asked Mary what was up. she told me the guy from the glass company was late getting there and would start on our car soon. but everything was not completed until 1:30. i was told the job would take up to 2 hours but i sat there for 3.5 hours. had i known that i would have had the car dropped off. your employees were all very nice, no complaints about them, i'll blame it on the glass company More
