The true answer is between yes and no. I brought my car in for two different services. The first time was for an oil change. I did not realize that when I scheduled my appointment and m I brought my car in for two different services. The first time was for an oil change. I did not realize that when I scheduled my appointment and made sure the notes also asked for window tinting, that it would end up breaking down into two appointments. There was some confusion as to whether the dealership would consider the window tinting or not. Once they found the purchase was through their dealership and it was within the last year, they accepted the service. So the first appointment, oil change, took all day before I finally called to get an update. I had no texts, emails, nor calls from the dealership that day. When they answered, they apologized and said my vehicle is ready. They gave me an extra car wash coupon for the trouble. The second appointment required me to rent a vehicle - free of charge. I have to admit, after owning my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited for a year, it was very difficult to drive something of lower class, the Hyundai Elantra N-line. It would have been nice to rent an equivalent or better vehicle instead. When I went to drop off my car for this second service, it was difficult to find someone to help me, despite 4 or 5 employees watching me walk around helpless. I forget the persons name who ended up helping me, but he was wonderful and showed care that I would get help I was asking for. The evening crew, in general, seemed to not care much about customer service. When it came down to figuring out which window tint I actually wanted, I found the window tint samples to be useless. And/or nobody showed me the best way to utilize them to make a decision - if there is such a thing. It was my wife who taught me that the 20% would be too dark to see at night and I should go for one of the lightest tints. I am very happy with the result of my window tinting job, in general. So this is somewhat of a mixed review, but I hope it is helpful to improve service. More
