Very helpful and appreciated! Very laid back experience. Mike had to be out of town a few days and had us work with Lou Cavallari in his absence. Lou was also tremendous. Lou took the ball and was extremely friendly and accommodating when we needed his assistance. Everyone at the dealer was friendly, attentive and helpful. One caveat, the Finance Manager that helped us was the weakest link in the chain. This was a shame since it was the last step in the purchase and didn't leave us feeling very good. Not very friendly and extremely dry. Did not make us feel welcome. Instead of explaining everything and helping us feel comfortable we had to coax information out of him by asking questions and asking him to explain items. Overall a 4* experience! More

A great car-buying experience We felt good about this whole purchasing experience. We were ready to get a new car. We had narrowed our choices based on research, but were still eva We felt good about this whole purchasing experience. We were ready to get a new car. We had narrowed our choices based on research, but were still evaluating what would meet our needs best. After some test drives at other dealerships and preliminary discussions of pricing and trade-in appraisals, we stopped at Tom Wood Subaru late in the afternoon. Nick met us at the door, as he was headed outside and we were headed in. From the beginning it was clear that he was the kind of salesperson that we would like working with. He asked about what we were considering, listened, and provided clear and concise answers to our questions, without embellishment or a sales pitch. After our test drive of an Outback, we knew that was the car that best provided what we were looking for, and that we enjoyed driving. Working with Nick to get the vehicle we wanted, and a ending up with a deal which which we were comfortable, was a pleasure. Throughout the whole process he was low-key, easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He clearly was interested in making sure our needs were met. The time we spent was very reasonable, and the actual purchase process was efficient. We drove away in our new vehicle very pleased with the car we chose, and happy that it happened to be Nick that we met at the door. More

Casey was amazing, patient , low pressure, informative and thorough. Mom and I had one model in mind but drove many , the one that fit was obvious, cheaper, but not our initial consideration. Casey made himself available for texting questions plus follow up test drives and phone calls. My mom is not technology savvy so Casey filtered out the complex and focused on the relevant for mom. The icing on the cake was the home delivery with training, I know he will continue to be supportive to answer futurep operational questions. Thank you Casey , my mom deserved your 5star treatment :) More
