Finance guy muttered under his breath “white people” in a disgusted manner. He proceeded to shove documents at me to sign . Did not explain them at all - just said “sign” - “initial here” etc. Car buying is the same miserable experience it has been for 30 years. Even though we paid the balance after trade in in cash it still took 3 hours in dealership on a Tuesday afternoon - mostly waiting for finance guy. Totally unacceptable and exhausting. More
