The value of my car was pretty good and after speaking with Lou Cavallari about what I was looking in upgrading my Forester, we found there was one already in-transit so I was able to put a hold on it and pick it up about 2 weeks later. Lou was very helpful through the whole process and everyone at Tom Woods was very friendly. I would definitely use them again! More

He is very knowledgeable about the Forester and provided a wealth of information during the test drive and after the car purchase. Salesman great-finance man rude Salesman friendly and personable. Finance man rude and unprofessional. Writing a check for purchase triggered signing a document regarding fraud Menti Salesman friendly and personable. Finance man rude and unprofessional. Writing a check for purchase triggered signing a document regarding fraud Mentioned in a joking way that salesman said something about large sums of cash funding terrorist organization. Finance guy muttered under his breath “white people” in a disgusted manner. He proceeded to shove documents at me to sign . Did not explain them at all - just said “sign” - “initial here” etc. Car buying is the same miserable experience it has been for 30 years. Even though we paid the balance after trade in in cash it still took 3 hours in dealership on a Tuesday afternoon - mostly waiting for finance guy. Totally unacceptable and exhausting. More
