Complete Understanding of my Needs! We had a very tight timeframe to lease a new vehicle because our prior vehicle was classified by the insurance company as a total loss. I literally o We had a very tight timeframe to lease a new vehicle because our prior vehicle was classified by the insurance company as a total loss. I literally only had 3 days to secure a new lease vehicle so I called Scott Herrman at Tom Wood Nissan since he leased us our last vehicle. I informed Scott of my tight schedule and 1 hour later I was in Scott's office signing the lease paperwork for a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra. Scott knew exactly what I wanted and found the perfect car on their lot to fit all of my needs. We spent a total of 90 minutes at the dealership and was driving away in our new leased Sentra. That is what I call completely understanding your customer's needs! Great Job Scott! More

Not happy with how the service department handled this visit We were told the recall parts were in when appointment was made. when my daughtered Dropped the car off, she was told not all parts were in and had We were told the recall parts were in when appointment was made. when my daughtered Dropped the car off, she was told not all parts were in and had to leave the car at the dealer or sign a waiver in order to get the car back. They did give us a loaner but I was upset that they didn't relay this information prior to the visit. I'm still unhappy over the whole situation. More
