Katie took great care of us throughout this entire grueling process. She was ways there to take our calls and deal with our concerns. Made an appointment to take care of a recalled part. Took it in. After having it for a day, they called to say they did not have the part and would need to reschedule another appointment. I wasted time and gas to go back and forth and arrange someone else to deliver the car with me. They should have known they did not have the part and not made the appointment with me to start with.
