Always a good experience. Over quite a few years, if my car needs an expensive repair, the technician has on occasion suggested a less expensive way to handle the issue. Sometimes my car needs a particular repair and there's no way around it. But I have really appreciated the fact that I have definitely seen behavior that shows that the technician/dealer isn't trying to just take my money. This goes a long long way in building my trust with this dealership. More

Barry Brash is the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with when purchasing cars. I've know Barry for over 20 years and we have purchased 8 cars from him not including the countless friends/family that w with when purchasing cars. Barry is the most knowledgeable Toyota salesperson out there. He's been selling the product line for 35 years and has built a loyal customer base by being a great listener and not putting pressure on you to make a decision. We were in the market for a newer car for one my college daughters because the 2013 Toyota Camry that Barry sold us is being handed down to my youngest daughter. Barry and I were talking in the beginning of December, and I said I wanted to get a newer car for her after January 1st. He found us a 2022 Honda Insight that had low miles on it and still under factory warranty with all the service records. Needless to say, my daughter is thrilled to have a newer car that she can use to finish off college and start her career. Thanks Barry for all of your assistance! You are always great to work with! We purchased a new 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum he was spot on the delivery week on a SUV that is highly allocated. On delivery day he had a large red bow on the hood! He then meticulously went over the ins and outs of this awesome SUV. During the entire process he communicated often and always answered the phone if we had a question, and then he took the time to carefully and completely answer our questions. He is the “Man”!!! More
I took my 2021 Toyota Highlander in for its normal service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front r service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front rotors was bad due to hard breaking and riding my break. Which I do not do either. I car was at 24772 on miles and 27 months. The dealership was not offering any help. I sent an email to Mike Pappas without any acknowledgement. I the called the Toyota hot line and set up a COMPLANT. They agreed with me that it was interesting, that the dealership just inspected the car, and everything appeared to be ok. How did the rotor go bad in two weeks. Toyota corp. is going to reimburse me for the entire cost. This is my 2nd lease and maybe my last due to not feeling the dealership was going to offer and assistance. More
