We stopped by Pappas to look at a particular vehicle and Ryan Lauer went over all of the vehicle details with us and let us take one for a test drive. I wasn't really thrilled with the vehicle afterwards and, based upon what I told him I was looking for in a vehicle, Ryan suggested we take a Land Cruiser out for a drive. The drive sold me on the vehicle, but unfortunately none were in stock. Ryan was able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for that was inbound for the dealership and we put down a small deposit to lock it in for us. Ryan did a great job of keeping us up to date on where the vehicle was in the delivery process. Once it came in, Pappas gave us a very fair price on our trade-in. Ryan walked us through all of the vehicle's features and hooked up my smartphone for me. Brett made the finance process painless... in the past, at other dealerships, it has made us feel like we were being held hostage or were sitting through a timeshare pitch. The entire process has made us huge fans of Pappas and we will definitely check with Pappas (and Ryan) first for our next new vehicle purchase. More
