We have exclusively used Tom Bush Mazda for buying and servicing our Mazda’s vehicles since moving to the area in 2016. We bought three vehicles since we moved here from your dealership with your sales a servicing our Mazda’s vehicles since moving to the area in 2016. We bought three vehicles since we moved here from your dealership with your sales agent, Michelle Williams - who is AWESOME by the way! Our concern today is based upon a service visit for our 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature. We brought in a coupon for oil change & tire rotation from your competition and we were told the service department would honor the coupon today, but never, ever again. This is very concerning since the coupon made our service cost HALF THE PRICE of what you are charging. We were glad the coupon was honored, but if they will no longer be offered or accepted, we’ll take our business to your competition for all future Mazda needs. We really want to keep our business and services with Tom Bush Mazda, but today’s interaction has really soured our overall Tom Bush experience. We are looking forward to the new Mazda vehicles that will be introduced soon, the CX-70 & CX-90. If the service department’s new attitude is the new standard, we will also look to buy our next new vehicles elsewhere. More

I was shopping around for a new vehicle and have previously owned a Mazda, I love the brand and started looking at the new CX-50. Atilla reached out to me and put together everything that I was look previously owned a Mazda, I love the brand and started looking at the new CX-50. Atilla reached out to me and put together everything that I was looking for. He found me the exact car and color that I wanted. It wasn't at the dealership yet and was expected for the second or third week of September. He reached out the last week of August with great news that the vehicle arrived early! Yay! I went over to sign for it and he was wonderful the whole time, he walked me through everything with no pressure of making the final sale. I also met with the finance manager Joe and he was another great employee. He gave me the details of what some add ons would entail. I picked a couple to extend the warranty and protect the paint but there was no pressure to add those on. This is a great dealership and if you're in the market for a new vehicle, Atilla is the one to see! More

These people repeatedly pulled my credit after I requested they not. I locked my reports and have received 5 letters from lenders who tried to pull it after it was locked. I told them I was approved requested they not. I locked my reports and have received 5 letters from lenders who tried to pull it after it was locked. I told them I was approved with my credit union st a very good rate snd they were trying to match it. I did not end up buying a car from them. More
