Yesterday, I woke up decided it was time to buy a SUV, started shopping around and found one from Tom Bush. I absolutely had THE BEST experience! I went to BEGIN exploring and to test drive a pre-certified car. Scotty greeted me warmly as I arrived at our appointment time. Back at the dealership I asked if they had a NEW 2023 car with my exact preferences...and Scotty quickly established "THEY DID" and had it brought out for me to see. The car was JUST what I wanted - all my safety features and the luxury items that I felt like I wanted...NOTHING left out. SO we proceeded to start discussing the bottom line ( at my request) - I felt NO pressure from Scotty * We did alittle paper work and Scotty went to work getting me THE BEST price that I was pleased with. We moved forward with no hiccups - and then I met with Billy Bejarano,Business Manager. Very efficient and so kind in going over details with kindness in answering all my questions. Easy & well Organized experience with Billy. Returned to see Scotty as he escorted me out to MY NEW CAR. BEAUTIFULLY CLEANED AND READY for the road in a GREAT driving and SAFE car - that I LOVE! I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the entire experience. Again - I had not gone in with my title or check book as I had gone in to "explore" - ONLY.
