Don Hong was my first contact when I call Tindol about the used Subaru. Don was very helpful, friendly, and had a no pressure approach. This can be very uncommon in a car dealership! Don looked over the vehicle while I was on the phone with him, and he recommend I come down and view the vehicle. On viewing the vehicle the next morning, Don provided me with the right amount of information about the vehicle, and gave me the freedom to fully look it over. He than gave me directions to take it out for a drive. Don asked us our thoughts on the vehicle and we worked out a fair deal for the purchase. Don continued to check on or needs while we were waiting for the vehicle to be ready to drive it off the lot. Don then continued to follow-up on our needs after the purchase was complete. I would return to Tindol Subaru because of the type of service provided by Don Hong. More
