Since this was my first visit to the dealership, once entering my information into the system, Chris showed me to the waiting area and offered me bottled water, snacks, etc. I had a State Inspection performed on my new Subaru and it was completed in a timely fashion. The price for this service was pretty much a set standard, so I can't really comment on that. I have been in the market for a new car for a while now. I didn't think a Subaru was within my price range. When I went in to try out a car, I was greeted by everyone & made to feel welcome. Michelle took me on 2 test drives - an Outback & a Forrester. When we were on the test drive she explained everything about the cars. I liked the Outback and she gave me the prices for both in the different categories. She explained all the options for each. She gave me the options for financing along with the payments for each option. She very patiently explained everything that I had a question about. I asked about trading in my present vehicle and was given a very generous trade in allowance. After I decided, I went to see the business manager who explained all the options for warranty and maintenance agreements. Then he calculated the payments for each one. There was no pressuring to take any one particular option which I appreciated. He just explained what came with each option and let me decide. After I decided and signed the papers, I went back to Michelle who explained all the books that came with the car and she put the business card in the packet for each person I might be dealing with in the future. She then took me out to the car & we went over all the gauges and options on the car. She helped me start programming the blue tooth and showed me all the little nooks and crannies in the car. She also helped me clean out my trade in. Since it was getting late & I had to go by the insurance company, she told me we would make an appointment to have the car Simonized at a later date. A day or so later I received an email telling me to get in touch with her anytime I had any question at all. Loved the experience. No pressure, just let me make the decisions. I would recommend the dealership to anyone!! More

I called and spoke with Robin before we came to the dealership. When we arrived, she was with another customer. Instead of us waiting, she had Michelle work with us so we wouldnt have to wait. we were dealership. When we arrived, she was with another customer. Michelle was very knowledgable about the Outback and answered all my questions. My wife and I drove a few different subaru's while deciding between the outback and forester and Michelle was patient while going back and forth for keys and always friendly. The financing was easy and the paperwork was quick once we decided. If I had one drawback, it would be the manner in which the finance guy (mike) pushed the extended warranty. If I had not done my research on subaru's before coming to the dealership, I would have doubted the reliability of the Subaru's because of the way he presented the offer. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and Robin or Michelle. More
