WORST experience EVER!!! I recently leased a 2014 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. After almost 30 days of not receiving my new tag or any payment information, I called t I recently leased a 2014 Subaru Impreza from this dealership. After almost 30 days of not receiving my new tag or any payment information, I called to find out that they had incorrectly completed my paperwork. I had to drive 45 mins to the dealership to re-sign the papers. They did offer to fill my gas tank up which was nice. However, I still had to wait for 3 hours for the paperwork to be ready for me to sign, when the salesman knew I was coming at that time. After waiting, they finally had my papers ready only to say I owed them for the payment that should have been received during the first signing- I agreed to a Sign and Drive contract btw. So I paid bc I was ready to get out of there, only to find out that I still received a bill for my taxes which further delayed me receiving my tag. I understand mistakes happen, but I should not have had to wait 3 hours when the mistake was the dealership. I will NEVER return to this dealership and DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. It was basically poor communication on the salesmen and lack of follow-up with the sale. More
