I met Chris Townsend at Tindol Subaru in January while having my husband's car serviced. While there, I drove a 2015 Outback, loved it and liked the offer that was made. The only problem was that I was very particular on the color of the car inside and out and I wanted very specific options. Chris worked extremely hard to find the car I wanted. We received the car a few weeks later (which I was thankful for since other dealers told me ordering a specific one from the factory would take 6 weeks). The car even came in early, Chris called me promptly and I have my new Outback. Chris was excellent to work with from the first time I met him. We were in constant communication during the past 3 weeks. Each week I texted him asking if there was an update on my car's arrival and each time he responded promptly. He is not pushy at all and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new car start with Tindol and ask for Chris Townsend. More
