We had looked at and test driven several models and finally decided on a used Ford Escape. They didn't have the color we wanted at the time so Mike and his Used Car Manager, Dwight Fowler began looking for a car to match our needs. After a very short time, they more than delivered. Now our daughter is the proud owner of a 2015 Ford Escape! Mike, Dwight and Anthony made the transaction very easy! The entire team at Tindol is fabulous, we are HUGE fans of Natalie and her staff and would recommend them to anyone in Gaston County looking for a vehicle, or to service your existing one with Chris Tolbert and the Service Department. This is our second purchase from Tindol and I am sure it won't be our last! More

GREATLY exceeded my expectations. I rarely take the time to do a review but this place was so awesome I am compelled to let others know. First let me say, I am a customer service expert so I notice more than most when *I* am the customer. I bought a pre-owned car (found it online) which has always been scary for me as a result of all my previous used auto purchase nightmares. I went in expecting a "shady salesperson" and a long day of bait and switch, disappearing salesman and that idiotic numbers game they play even as late as 9:30pm (ugh flashback) but NOPE. I learned that all dealerships don't play those games and my experience was actually the exact opposite of all others before. Not once did I ever feel pressured, rushed, or ripped off. Not once was I shown any other car either. I'm still amazed as I type this... There was absolutely NO shady business and the process was super fast (seemed like 20 or 30 min.) but I really don't know the actual time. Since it had snowed the day before, my Salesperson insisted on detailing it the next morning even though it had already been done before the snow, and I remind you, I bought a used car and it wasn't even a Ford so this was another above and beyond moment in my opinion. Since I was there twice I can honestly say they were just as awesome after the sale. To me, the little things count big. Even in the second day, every single person that I spoke to was as friendly to me as they were to the folks buying the brand new (superrr-sweet I must say) Mustang off the showroom floor. I truly feel I got a fabulous deal (another first for me) and I'm in LOVE with my new-to-me car. Sorry this was a long review but I really wanted to share my experience and give them this well deserved 5 star review. P.s. my daughter was in a crash a week before and her car (brand new Dodge Dart) was taken to the body shop building in the back. Long story short, she was more than thrilled with their work and is still telling everyone they made it look better than it did when she bought it with 9 miles on it. I hope this helps someone.
