Great Experience I initially went to Royal Kia where I have purchased three cars. I went to Thoroughbred in a not-so-great mood. Paul Hains, my salesman, worked really hard at getting me a great deal. I left with the payment I wanted and a new car. I was originally shopping for a used car. My finance rate was also lower than I thought it would be. Mike Orth, the finance manager, didn't waste my time going on and on with add-ons. I did purchase Gap insurance. I felt respected, will definitely recommend this dealership, and turned a bad day into a great day. Thanks guys! More

She knew we were looking at competitors trucks also but didn't lay the hard pitch on us as to how Their trucks are better etc. Got a ok deal for the mdl we selected. Getting through the Finance step was quick and easy, Not the 2-3 hrs we've experienced. Two negatives~ (1) I hate when the salesperson keeps going back & forth to the Salesmgr desk. To me thats insulting and makes me feel that there is something he/she can't or won't discuss with us directly. I give them 3 'trips' then I literally walk out. I've done it many times over the yrs. Desert Toyota didn't play that game....we bought the Nissan Frontier regardless. More Truck for the money IMO. (2) Nissan didn't/doesn't offer a free 2-3 yr oil change maintenance. Big Mike was friendly and great to work with Over this past weekend my wife and I were tasked with buying a 2nd vehicle within a very short period of time. With a specific style in mind and a pri Over this past weekend my wife and I were tasked with buying a 2nd vehicle within a very short period of time. With a specific style in mind and a price point to work with we began our search. Thoroughbred was our 3rd dealer stop of the day from online searches. We drove on the lot and were looking at the first vehicle for a couple minutes before big Mike came out and introduced himself to my wife first then me. We explained what we were looking for and our budget and Mike honored it to a T, took us around the lot to show us what he had after driving the few lots my wife eyed the dodge journey. Mike had no issue with taking it to our mechanic and after getting a good review we returned to the dealer and finished the paperwork. Upon getting home it was discovered we had left an important item in our trade in we called and texted big Mike who replied well after business hours and met us at the lot Monday to allow retrieval while also saying he would look for old manuals and keys from his journey that would work and be programmed for ours. Big Mike was nothing but great and I would send anyone I know to buy a car from him. More
