The Sales Manager Rob was able to get us twice what we were offered by another dealer for our trade. Can’t thank these two enough for making us comfortable and the process painless. At the end of the day they were able to find us a low mileage 2016 Mazda 3 that looks brand new and we could not be happier! The entire sales staff went above and beyond our expectations. More

They should have been honest with me that I was plan b for them. - took almost 2 months to send me my plates. They only did so after many follow ups with them and the dmv. Routinely lied to me about the process and the time line. -Despite me specifying that I already reserved a vanity plate, they went ahead and registered me for a normal tag - now I have to spend additional time and money to run through the whole process again. -internal miscommunications during pricing conversations were at best a waste of time and at worst dishonest. - price was great, so I guess I got what I paid for More
Replacement of Keyless FOBs I, unfortunately, lost both of my keyless entry FOBs. At the beginning of the week, I order the FOBs and was told two days to come in. They arrived an I, unfortunately, lost both of my keyless entry FOBs. At the beginning of the week, I order the FOBs and was told two days to come in. They arrived and was able to pick them up three days after they were ordered. At the time of pick up, I was told I was good to go so I asked once more and they assured I was okay. I use this vehicle as my primary and found out I would have to have them programmed. I had to return and told to drop off my keys they then explained I needed my car. This was another unnecessary trip for me. Then told I would have to have my car towed to the location. The day after I called in the morning to check on my car since there was no update. I am without a car and being explained what needed to happen. I elaborated I bought two brand new cars over a short period of time. Furthermore, I do not need to know how a car works, my keys or anything that requires a car. I expect to pay and be updated on the service I am requesting. Personnel were not energetic or seemed to care what the outcome was for me. Customer service at Thompson Dundalk, Maryland was very poor. Whether it is your own business or not you have to present to the customer you care and they will be taken care. Questions to be asked so they can feel they can spend their money without disappointment. More

I shopped around to several Mazda dealership before completed the purchase and confirmed that I was getting a great offer and better customer service than anywhere else in the Baltimore area. Wait times were slow to get the vehicle and get it processed, but that was not Justin's fault or responsibility. I will say that the vehicle when delivered to me from being washed and prepped was not great. There was still glue remnants on the hood and the driver's side door, as well as plastic coverings on some of the interior features as well as discarded coverings in the glove compartment. For making a new purchase, that's a little frustrating to not see the vehicle spotless. When Justin walked me out to the car, he noticed it first and took care of the issue right away, but I could tell he was frustrated. He handled it well. More
