Fantastic! I was leasing a Mazda and the end of lease experience was so poor that I was initially planning to go with anything but a Mazda. They were patient with me through the entire experience from initial questions, special accommodations, test driving, negotiating, everything down t They were patient with me through the entire experience from initial questions, special accommodations, test driving, negotiating, everything down to the signature on the bottom line(s) and even after when Apple CarPlay was having me question whether I was tech savvy enough to own it. (SMH). I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision which was appreciated. High pressure sales are a quick “NO” from me. I felt they were honest and they made first time car buying a breeze. I had a harder time convincing my husband that I needed a new car than I did buying from Thompson Mazda! I will definitely return when I need a new vehicle, but hopefully that won’t be for a while! ;) More

Straight forward quick negotiations. Having toys for the little ones was great. Two years scheduled maintenance was another great perk.
