This didn't matter too much to us in the end, but it was a typical lack of transparency on the part of the dealership not to bring it up, which it wasn't. So, the reality is that it is not much different than any other dealership. As for who we dealt with, we don't even remember names except "Minnie" who took prelim loan info and "Steve" in finance. It was a great experience. I was given a great test drive which came with a detailed rundown of all the features(very much appreciated).
