I had a bad couple of experiences with the Service area. Friendly enough staff... they all treated me nicely. But the shop let me down on two different fronts. The body shop first... on a minor repair to fi Friendly enough staff... they all treated me nicely. But the shop let me down on two different fronts. The body shop first... on a minor repair to fix a small rust bubble. And then had a second problem with the service team inspecting my brakes, and damaging them in the process. $300 tow and $500 extra repair. Not a fun experience. I don’t think I’ll need to go back... even when I need to buy my next RAM. More
