Called and left number for return call.4 days later and Called and left number for return call. 4 days later and no return call. I stopped in and advised lady at service desk. No apology given. Scheduled a Called and left number for return call. 4 days later and no return call. I stopped in and advised lady at service desk. No apology given. Scheduled appointment. For 7 am. About 8am another customer came in for same work. She was leaving about 850 am so I spoke to her. She told me she just needed an oil change,but did not have an appointment. How can I have an appointment and she is in and out while I am still waiting? The service manager said she must have had an appointment. Mine was 7am and the customer told me she did not have an appointment. Not impressed with the way I was treated. And will not recommend your service department to anyone. I have been a Thompson customer since 1988. It may be time to find a new dealership More
