Terrible I've been to the service center 3 times so far for my Dodge Dart Rallye. I originally had it serviced, because the breaks were going straight to the f I've been to the service center 3 times so far for my Dodge Dart Rallye. I originally had it serviced, because the breaks were going straight to the floor. The break light would come on and say electronic break system needed to be serviced. The first time they told me there was a leak found in the master cyclinder. They said they fixed it, but a few days later it happened again. I took in the second time, they said there was a leak in the booster. Which they originally never even checked. When it should have been checked automatically when replacing a master cyclinder. After that they said that it wasn't a leak in the booster like they thought. They then mentioned there was a leak in the gasket and that was all. Now a few days after I picked up my dart, the breaks are to the floor once again. This is the worse service I've received from Thompson's. I've paid $420 so far. I rented the first rental myself. And they covered the second. I'm now stuck 3 hours from Thompson's. The breaks are a lot worse this time. I have to use the hand break every time. I've gone through red lights, because I'm unable to stop. It's unsafe. I called once again and they keep giving me the go around. They offered towing assistance the second time and a rental with me being 3 hours away. This third time, they have told me that I have to drive my vehicle to them. This issue should have been fixed the first time. I have work and family circumstances that I need my vehicle like everyone else. I'm stuck 3 hours away again, when they made certain they fixed the issue the second time. I have no way to get the vehicle to them in order for them to fix whatever they did wrong. Jeff and Devon were the employees covering this issue. Jeff, as of today, has not made contact with me again. I've called 3 times and I'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved. More
