Why set up an appointment? I set up an appointment to have a basic oil change in my vehicle (no other service was needed). I arrived right at 10am (scheduled time) and the gentl I set up an appointment to have a basic oil change in my vehicle (no other service was needed). I arrived right at 10am (scheduled time) and the gentleman said it would be about an hour. I thought that was a little long for a preset appointment but I saw they were busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We get to an hour and the gentleman said it was going to be another 30 mins!! 45 mins later after that I asked what the status was and they haven’t even put oil in the vehicle!! Finally after 2 hours of waiting the vehicle was done. If I just walked in without an appointment, I would expect that kind of time frame since other people have already made arrangements. An oil change typically takes 30-45 mins at most. I had to cancel other appointments because Thompson did not start when they were supposed to. More
