Fast turnaround time completing oil change and a whining noise that was more noticeable on the highway. Even though most other places would’ve came back with a ridiculously high repair invoice, Jeep Thompson Service personnel were honest with repair costs. Shuttle service was fast and driver was very friendly. Both Service and shuttle employees made me feel as if I was in a high end luxury delership and some. Extremely satisfied I did not even have an appointment. I called and spoke with Jim around 2 pm and he told me to bring my truck right in. Before they proceeded with anything, they called and gave me all price quotes. I need my brakes and rotors done. I also had an issue with my thermostat. Jim contacted the necessary company and they covered it for me under warranty. When I picked my truck up the next day, which was unbelievable, I was originally told over the phone that it would be 475; however they were having a 15% off sale and I had accumulated rewards. I left paying $330. I was so grateful and pleased with the service. They never steer me wrong. More
