Poor Customer Service I had an appointment scheduled for oil change & recall of my truck two weeks in advance. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I have purchased from four Jeep dealerships including Thompson in the past. My previous experience at Thompson was acceptable but this go around was I have purchased from four Jeep dealerships including Thompson in the past. My previous experience at Thompson was acceptable but this go around was absolutely horrible. This assessment was based on my second day encounter with the sales representative. All appeared to be fine until I requested information online (late night on 3/15) about another vehicle at your dealership. The poor attitude escalated when I questioned the internet vs in person price. I was provided information on this process and price adjustment from an outside source and when I was inquiring, the sales representative was clearly annoyed. This was after the eye roll when I entered the building that morning (second day returning). There were other unprofessional actions that I let slide but the tip of the iceberg was when I told the Rep and the gentleman handling the loan (which I won’t even comment on with this post), the rep was just rude! As she escorted me out of the building, yet another eye roll occurred. And if things could not have been more unprofessional, she had the nerve to text me with her BS nonsense stating that they will work with me within reason then stated that she had to spend “a lot of time with you.” THIS IS HER JOB!!!!! I WILL NEVER, and I mean never step foot into your dealership again. I’ll be sure to mention to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle to avoid Thompson. Oh and just be advised, I purchased my vehicle from Don White, same price you all gave me with an upgraded vehicle. That eye roll and piss poor, inconvenienced attitude lost your dealership a sale. I will end on this, the service department that serviced my Jeep that morning we’re polite and I had zero issues. More
