I walked into the Service Dept yesterday midafternoon feeling very frustrated about a freakin check engine light let's face it no one enjoys seeing those pop up on your dash, and I was literally walking out about an hour later with not only a repaired truck (faulty thermostat), but feeling blown away by the SERVICE which feels so incredibly refreshing these days because we all have bad experiences (seems daily) with businesses that simply do not care one bit about your business and could literally care less if you ever come back so how uplifting it feels when you have a experience like this one where the business actually makes you feel welcomed and appreciates your business and no question they want to earn your future business. So let me be clear here I walked in like I said with a check engine light thinking here we go its going to cost me my next month's mortgage I'll have to spend my Saturday afternoon at a dealership to get this repair and walk out hoping they diagnosed the problem correctly. Well I walked out like an HOUR later yes really an hour later (NO exaggeration) like I'm getting a oil change with knowing they diagnoses correctly because they hunted me down in the waiting room and showed me the damaged part, feeling very happy and relieved with the price of the repair and like I just got the VIP treatment and remember I WAS A WALK IN I had no appointment. So just wanted you all to know even if you don't live close by and you need service or a repair on your vehicle don't hesitate take it to this dealership on North Point Blvd. Thompson Chrysler Dodge you'll be very happy you did trust me. Even the technician was freakin awesome Ryan Testerman yes I got the technicians name just to make sure I give him credit in this review because he was so great and Jim Umpleby my service advisor made it easy and simple throughout the process.
