Excellent Customer Service I contacted the Service Department and was lucky enough to get Devon to help me. I explained my problem I was having with my Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I contacted the Service Department and was lucky enough to get Devon to help me. I explained my problem I was having with my Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. He was unaware of the issue I was having, after I explained a little more he took the time to go on line and find the issue. He then went onto the Jeep parts web site and found the part needed for the fix. once the part arrived I went in and was in and out of service as promised. Great place to do business with.
