We bought a new 2011 Subaru Outback at Thomas Subaru in Cumberland,Md on 7/6/2011. Our complete experience with them was nothing but Great. Our total experience with them was top notch, we were talked to and not talked down to. Everything was explained in laymans terms that we could understand, all the financing, the car itself, was explained in detail. We would highly recommend Thomas Hyundai Subaru in Cumberland, MD to all our friends and families. Because there you are treated like Family. Perry Ritchey our salesman explained everything in great length, and was very personable and friendly. Very approachable and made us feel he was there to please us and go out of his way to make our experience very pleasant. Also, Brett Files who did our financing, was very pleasant and down to earth, explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. The entire group, including Chris Carpenter took time to make us feel welcome. This was definitely one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile.. Perry was very friendly, very informative and very courteous. I would refer any of my friends to visit Perry if they are car shopping. We brought our 2011 Subaru Outback in for its first oil change (3750 miles). We received a letter from Thomas giving us a free first oil change which was very much appreciated. We recently traded in our 2008 Subaru Tribeca due to an oil consumption problem and throughout that entire ordeal, the Thomas Subaru staff did everything possible to solve the problem. Subaru finally offered us compensation for our troubles, and with a more-than-fair trade-in value from Thoams, we were able to purchase the Outback. More
