We heard that Thomas Subaru was a good place to look for a new car. We stopped by to just look. Roman gave us enough time by ourselves to look what they had to offer. He then came out to talk to us. The check engine light came on and I did not knowo what to do. I dropped my vehicle off at Thomas with the request that they repair the problem. They identified the problem very quickly. I found the automobile that I purchased from Thomas Subaru/Hyundai on line through Autotrader.com and while looking at the photos, Mike Mace, the internet sales consultant came on line and we started c Subaru/Hyundai on line through Autotrader.com and while looking at the photos, Mike Mace, the internet sales consultant came on line and we started chatting about the car and my trade in. He walked me through the process and dealt with my credit Union concerning the financing because I was coming from another state, (Ohio). When I arrived, I was greeted in the parking lot by Mike and my salesperson, Bob Giffin. Bob and I took the car for a test drive, Mike Thomas, (the owner) appraised my trade in and a 'No Hassle' deal was made. Bob and Tonya (finance manager) suggested trying for a lower interest rate which I doubted they could find, but to my surprise, they did! The combination of these four people made the whole purchase process so effortless, interacting with them was more like dealing with family. I would without a doubt make that four hour drive again to purchase my next Subaru. I never thought that purchasing a car could be such an enjoyable experience, now I know better. Thomas Hyundai found the lowest possible financing availabe for us, handled the title and registration transfer, and took care of any paper work on the spot. We went to the dealer om a Saturday morning, test drove the car, and drove away a few hours later in a new vehicle. Amanda explained all the many options that were on our vehicle taking the time to make sure my wife and I were comfortable in operating everthing available on the car. She made sure to remind us that she was available to assist us with any needs even after the purchase of our new car.
