There were three men I worked with, but I don't know there names. There was a woman in service too who impressed me by recognizing me from a year before. I also want to commend Sales Rep Amanda - she sold me my car last year and came down to service when she learned I was there to tell them about my blue tooth problems and she was kind enough to show me how to use it and a couple of other things that I had forgotten how to do. I was impressed with her when she sold me the car, and I am more impressed every time I work with her. More

She was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions that we had. Going back into the dealership she explained the financial aspect of the purpose. While we were talking Chris Carpenter the general manager took my car to work up a trade-in amount. At that time I had only gone for a test-drive but the positive response I received from the dealership decided to buy a vehicle from them. If someone asks me why I chose that dealership? I would answer that this is the first dealership where I did not feel stressed or pressured through the whole car looking-buying process.
