Walking in to Thomas to test drive a new vehicle was more simplistic than I originally thought. I had searched vehicles online for about a month before I finally narrowed it down. I contacted Mike who set s simplistic than I originally thought. I had searched vehicles online for about a month before I finally narrowed it down. I contacted Mike who set set me up John Meadors. I thought I was basically good to go, I knew which vehicle I wanted went and got some financing...here's where the kicker was though. The car I wanted was 1. more than I had financing for and 2. not the exact one I had wanted (the earlier model had just been sold). I was asked if I wanted to see another vehicle instead (one that also had AWD)...at the time my heart was pretty much set on my first choice. Later after getting home I realized (after looking online at the vehicle and the over all reviews of the vehicle as well as the report on it) that their second choice for me might not be a bad idea. SOO off to Thomas I go again, this time John was a tad busy with another customer so Miss Roth was there to help. My point in mentioning the second sales person is this, these people here, aren't technically all about the sale. The truly do want to see you drive off with something your want and aren't in anyway pushy. Ashley was a dear and took me out Mercury Mountaineer and gave me the keys for a test run. She didn't pressure, she technically didn't even try to sell me the car. I asked to see it, and she showed me. The people at Thomas are more like...(and this is going to sound REALLY odd) soup kitchen workers. Their friendly, not pushy, and are there because they want to help you. The financing I had went to get was 1. not the greatest it was from a higher interest place (I have a little less than average credit...let's say I'm on the mends from a rough patch). This is where Shelly and Tonya came into play...there worked their tooshes off to help me with my credit union financing instead. Finally after working with my bank (thank you FPCU: Jessica and Heather) we had all we needed to drive away with the Mercury Mountaineer that I had fallen in love with. Now all in all I had an awesome experience. Today I received a call from John just to make sure everything is still running smoothly. Above and beyond the call...so again THANK YOU John M, Shelly, Ashley, and Tonya and to everyone else at Thomas! In the future I'll most DEFINITELY be coming back and I can honestly give, in 100% confidence, recommendation to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to check into Thomas. More

We arrived at the dealership around My husband & I recently visited Thomas Subaru to see about trading my 2004 ML500 Mercedes for an '09 Hummer H3. We arrived at the dealership around 5:30 p.m. on a Monday evening & met with Salesman Jon Meadors. After trying out the Hummer, we decided to purchase it. Jon was great at handling all the paper work & making sure we received a good trade in value for our Merecedes. Tonya handled our tag transfer with MVA & we left the dealership a few hours later with our new vehicle. The only thing I had to do was contact my insurance company about the trade. The entire process was simple & pleasant. Everyone at the dealership was friendly & Jon Meadors was especially helpful to us, answering all of our questions & making sure we were completely satisfied. He has also contacted us since then by phone to make sure we were pleased with our new vehicle. We will definitely visit Thomas Subaru in the future for our vehicle purchases & we will refer family & friends to this dealership. More
When researching the 2012 Impreza, I contacted three dealerships for information, including Thomas Subaru. One dealer made one reply and never communicated again. Thomas Subaru, through the efforts of Mr. Mace, maintained communication with me, and was the only dealer to let me know that pre-ordering was available. When I visited, Mr. Mace introduced me to Mr. Loughrie who gave me all the information about the new Impreza that Subaru had given to him. After he explained their no haggle policy, I felt comfortable ordering the new Impreza sight unseen. Mr Loughrie notified me when Subaru stopped shipment of most of their new cars the same morning he found out. He had told me that if I found myself without a car before my new one came in, Thomas Subaru would provide me with a loaner. Since I had sold my car the day before the stop shipment occurred, he was true to his word and provided me with a car for the two weeks it took for my new car to arrive. On the day I picked up my new car, it was the easiest, most stress free car purchase I've ever made. Mr. Loughrie handled his work in a very friendly and professional manner, and Mr. Files was also very friendly and professional when we completed the financing paper work. I will happily return to Thomas Subaru/Hyundai the next time I'm looking to make a car purchase, and I've already told others to consider them when looking for a car. More
We were interested in a 2009-2010 Elantra with low mileage. We visited Thomas on a Saturday to check on the availability and to test drive the Elantra. Roman Spriggs worked with us. The car we were looking for was not available at this time, but Roman assured us that he would contact us when something came in. Roman contacted us the following Tuesday to tell us that an '09 was just recently traded in at another Thomas dealership, and that it would be at the Cumberland dealership by Tuesday. It was, and was essentially the car we were hoping to find. We agreed to the purchase, and Roman and Thomas went the extra two miles to prep the car and to make sure that we were satisfied. This car is a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai, with outstanding warranty coverage and the accompanying peace of mind that goes with it. We are very happy and satisfied with this purchase. More

My entire experience at Thomas was wonderful. There was never any pressure, they all were very informative and answered every question I needed answered. I bought a used Jeep about 5 yrs ago from Thomas in Bedford, now a practically new used Kia here and I will definately buy from Thomas again next time I am looking for a vehicles. More

Working with Jonathan and the group at Thomas was a wonderful experience. I was able to ask questions via email prior to my arrival at the dealership so when I was able to come in and test drive the v wonderful experience. I was able to ask questions via email prior to my arrival at the dealership so when I was able to come in and test drive the vehicle they were able to locate for me, the entire process went smoothly and without a hitch. Their no-haggle approach helped to make the experience low-key and easy-going and the overall process - including appraising my trade and completing the paperwork - took no time at all. I traveled over an hour to come to this dealership as they looked at ways they could work with me and it was definitely worth the drive! As someone who has purchased several vehicles in the past few years, this was best car-buying experience I've had and I would highly recommend Thomas to others! More
