I just purchased my third Subaru from Thomas. Perry Ritchey is the best!!! Perry always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. He is always pleasant, easy to talk to, explains everything in great detail, very patient and always willing to help. Perry is very honest and extremely trustworthy. I know that if I have a problem, Perry will take care of it. If you want to buy a car, he's the the guy from whom you should buy! Brett Files also does an outstanding job and is very pleasant to work with. When I purchased my Forester, he drove it to Oakland and we did the paper work at my dining room table. When I asked him if I owed him anything for delivering my new vehicle to my house, he simply said,"." It was my pleasure." Thanks also goes to Amanda Roth for helping me with the bluetooth. Amanda came right out to greet us in the lot as we looked at a pre-owned Legecy. It was blowing snow and the wind was very cold. We were all bundled up. Of course she asked us if we knew what kind of car we were interested in and she got right on it, getting keys to open up every car we were interested in. She was not pushy at all. We tried out a 2011 we had looked at online. We talked about the new Impreza size and how is compared to my used 2002 Legacy. We drove a 2012 Impreza , for us to see if we liked it instead of the pre-owned Legacy. When we got back to the lot we talked about what new Legacy's they had on the lot. So, Amanda was more than willing to walk us around to look at what they had available in the 2012 line. (Remember, it was still blowing snow and the temperture was in the 20's). We went inside to compare the 2011 car price against the 2012 car price. After discussing the freatures of a 2012 car we saw on the lot and the price at 0%, we decided to buy it, even without driving it, or getting the snow and protective covering removed first. She got right on it for the detailing crew to pull it in and get it cleaned up and ready to go. The financial paperwork was completed quickly and throughly. Everyone was friendly, not pushy in any way. It was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. I regret having to leave and drive the shiny new car home on the snowy, wet roads. It looked awful when we got it home. I couldn't wash the car for two days because the weather stayed below freezing. I did get it cleaned up, but not as good as the detailing man at the dealship had it when we drove off the lot. We are very pleased with our choice and think we will enjoy driving our new Legacy for years to come. More
We felt that our salesman Perry Ritchey was trustworthy. He explained all our questions and it was refreshing that he did not pressure us. He was knowledgeable about the car. I gave the ratings as great in all areas because of the quality of service received at Thomas and from Johnathan. If I could have given a higher rating I would. Johnathan is always friendly and willing to help with whatever questions I have or whatever I need. I choose Thomas because of the friendly and warm atmosphere. Whether it is your first visit or your tenth visit.. you feel like part of the Thomas family. In addition, it is important to me that I can trust Thomas and know that when I am looking for a car..no one is going to try to talk me into buying something I cannot afford. I think it is an awesome experience to have a dealership who will ask what you payment range is and then try to work with that figure and still get you what you want. I cannot say enough about Thomas subaru and Johnathan Loughrie... I will never buy a car anywhere else. More
I purchased a used vehicle from Thomas Subaru in Dec 2011. I had been to many dealerships over 6 months and Thomas Subaru was by far the best in many aspects. I said to my husband how, for a workplace, the staff are all so upbeat. They all smile and say hello or offer help. This is the second time that we have dealt w/ Jonathan when buying a car. He is not only a good salesman, but you can tell that he is a good person, it just shines through and that is what I really like. He is friendly, personable, professional and low pressure. For me, low pressure counts; I'm turned off by too much high pressure in a salesperson. I like Jonathans' low key, intelligent approach. We like that we have this dealership in our area where we can get sales and service. We also know Walt Winebrenner who works in service and it's nice to have a local mechanic from whom we can obtain info on "under the hood" questions. We were planning to buy another Forester and we were waiting for the 2012 model to come out. Jonathan was keeping us posted on their arrival. When we test drove the Forester, though, we just didn't seem as keen on it as we thought we would. In fact, we liked our '08 better when all was said and done. So we decided to drive the Outback. What a difference! We had know idea! So we were getting a great trade-in on our Forester and we were able to afford the Outback. [I had always held back on the Outback because I thought it was too pricey for us]. Really, for a few thousand more , we are getting so much more car! My husband said he wanted leather interior and I wanted a white car. There were certain things my husband wanted on the body and we also got all the neat "gadgetry" like navigation, XM radio, Bluetooth, that neat back-up screen which my grandson likes too! Seriously, the safety features are really nice. I'm still learning things about the car. So Jonathan was really helpful w/ the transaction and Mr. Files took care of the paperwork very efficiently, we got our tags and insurance and everything taken care of at the dealership. It was a smooth transition to our new car and I was thrilled to have it for Christmas! So thank you all for a great experience and keep up the good work! Sincerely, Kathy and David Cox P.S. Simply stated, the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited I purchased from Thomas Hyundai in March 2009 was the first time in 30 years I had not purchased a General Motors vehicle. In addition to being a Consumers Report top pick in the mid-size crossover SUV class for safety and value, one of the deciding factors was the service plan that this dealer offered and this has proved to be a good decision time and again. The service department personnel are well trained, professional, and friendly. The service advisers are prompt and knowledgeable; and whether performing routine maintenance or replacing parts that wear out, the technicians always exhibit great care in servicing my Santa Fe. It runs as well if not better than new. When it comes time to look at a new vehicle, I will likely look at Thomas first, passing by the other dealers in the area. More

I was in a bind ,I needed a vehicle that day. I had some good things going for me, the first being that I had been looking at vehicles on line for a couple months and I knew what I wanted, second I had already been to Thomas Subaru Hyundai a few months before and met Perry Ritchy (sales). It was around noon on December 26th that my Wife and I came to Thomas, glad they were open that day,we met Perry and he provided us with several vehicles to test drive, he was able to provide us with vehicle information and that was a big help, his professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. When my Wife and I decided what we wanted we had two vehicles in mind, so we bought both. We purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Accent Sedan and a new 2012 Hyundai Accent 5 dr hatchback. It was great having Perry in our corner. Perry didn't know it at the time but I had less than 3 days to get my vehicle needs together and he made it possible to drive away from the dealership that day with 2 new vehicles. The finance team of Tonya Keister and Maxee was the one two punch that sent this deal home, they did a fantastic job, they went above and beyond and worked hard to seal the deal and make it all come together. The Thomas detail team, those that made our new vehicles shine, and filled out fuel tanks did an excellent job, we were proud to drive those vehicles home. The trade in of my Wife's vehicle was perfect, I knew what the vehicle was worth and Thomas provided us with a fair trade in quote. In a nutshell Thomas came to our aid in a time of need and turned a bad day into a good dream come true. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a little piece of vehicle heaven. More
Ordered a new Subaru Impreza. It was the first time we had ever ordered a car. Amanda did a great job of walking us through the entire process and keeping us updated.
