I had talked to Mike online about the availability of the Impreza and the price and he was very helpful and made me feel comfortable to come check the car out. And what I really liked was the willingness to go over everything in the car with me so I knew what worked and how and that she offered her cell number to call anytime if I needed assistance with option setups or with any other questions I had about the car! A few weeks ago my wife Kathy and I were looking to purchase a used Hynudai Sante Fe. After doing an Internet search I found one that looked very good and had a great price. I contacted Thomas Hyundai Suburu and spoke to Mike Mace. He was very good in explaning how their dealership worked, what we could expect from them, and told me about the vehicle I was interested in buying. He also held the vehicle for us until my wife and I could go see and test drive the vehicle. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Bob Giffin and Mike who treated us like relatives they had not seen in years. Before even speaking about the vehicle they asked us about our drive of over an hour and a half, offered us their restroom facilities, and offered us coffee and tea. After that they showed us the vehicle and told us to take it for a test drive. When we got back they asked us what we thought and we were sold on the vehicle. The vehicle was great and the price was great. Mike, Bob, and Tonya made us feel so comfortable and relaxed during the complete transaction. Their knowledge of the vehicle and the purchase of it was great. We have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle before. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was terrific. When we had any questions concerning the vehicle or the purchase they helped us completely. There was never any pressure on us to buy their vehicle. Satisfied doesn't do justice of how Kathy and I feel about our purchasing our Sante Fe from Thomas Hyundai Suburu. This dealership is above first class.They go above and beyond in making your purchase from them the best experience you could have. Although there are Hyundai Dealers within thirty minutes of our house, we would visit Thomas first to purchase our next Hyundai.
