Went to Thomas after bad dealings with other MD Subaru dealers. Mike Mace was very friendly on the phone and returned my calls in a timely manner as needed. On the day of the sale Perry was very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The price I got for my trade-in was spot on, fair, and clearly explained to me by Perry. The price for my new car was very fair with *NO* need for haggling! Shocking! I only have two very very minor gripes. The whole process took about 4 hours, I feel like it could have been shorter but I understand there's a lot of paperwork involved. Also when the car was finally ready to drive off the lot, I noticed a few small scratches. (This is why I gave quality of work 4/5 instead of 5/5.) I pointed these out to Perry and he was happy to take the car back into the shop for a few minutes to have the scratches buffed out, and after another wait all was well. Overall this was BY FAR the best car buying experience I ever had, and when I comes time to replace my wife's car I think we will be back at Thomas! More
