I purchased a vehicle from your dealership a couples months ago and was so happy with my service and my salesman i felt compelled to write a review. I was in the area of the dealership and realized that months ago and was so happy with my service and my salesman i felt compelled to write a review. I was in the area of the dealership and realized that i was way past my date for an oil change so i decide to stop in. As soon as i entered the building i was greeted by a familar face, that of my salesman josh. He remember whom i was right away which i thought was pretty impessive. I explained that i was in the area and really needed an oil change but did not make an appintment. He told me that it was not a problem and took my car in right away. He than got me a cup of coffee and showed me where i could hang out until the car was finished. He than sat and talked with me for at least 20 minutes until he was pulled away for another customer. In between my waiting he stopped and checked on me to see if i needed anything. I was in and out within an hour. I felt compellled once again to write a review because i feel that although i was a past customer of josh, he went above and beyond the duties of his "job" he could have easily pointing me in the direction of the service dept. and been on his way, but he didn't he took the time to take my car in and make sure i was taken care of. Not to mention my car was cleaned and the price was right! I have purchased many cars in the past and never have been treated as well as i have been at your dealership. I believe that has alot to do with mr. tonabeni. Your dealership is very lucky to have an employee that takes such pride in his work and his customers. Kudos to you for hiring him and kudos to josh for such an excellent display of customer service at its finest. I have recommened your dealership to many friends and also have recommened josh and i will continue to do so. Keep up the great work! I will defenitily be back! More

My wife and I had heard good things about the dealership and showed up on a Saturday not knowing anyone there. Josh T. came out, introduced himself, asked questions, but there was zero pressure. After walking around for a few minutes we identified a vechile that my wife liked. The conversation with Josh T. was very relaxed such that my wife asked allot of questions during the test drive and Josh T. knew every answer. After the test drive back in the office Josh T. was straight-forward and respectful. We explained the price range we could afford and Josh was very open on how we could get there. Needless to say after a few minutes of discussing my wife and I walked away with a new vechile, within the price range we could afford, and with no pressure at any point during the discussion. I would recommend working with Josh and Honda of Joilet. More
