We got a fair price for our trade--matching Kelly Blue Book--and brought home two Civics that dealers in our area couldn't match. We had very friendly service from the first phone call until we left the lot and couldn't be more please with our experience! The paperwork took 3 1/2 hours--no kidding--but we are from out of state and were trading one vehicle toward two. It was definitely complicated! On the upside, the clerk in our state's treasurer's office commented that the paperwork was done extremely well, and it's not usually that straight-forward dealing with out-of-state titles.
