I can not thank Josh enough for a wonderful experience buying my very first car and having my very first car payment EVER. I am 65, yes that is a six and a five. For over20 years I always had a company c buying my very first car and having my very first car payment EVER. I am 65, yes that is a six and a five. For over20 years I always had a company car. After that I always bought used and paid cash. Josh was not only very informative but very very patient. It took me MANY visits and over five days to make up my mind what brand car and what dealership I wanted to work with. I am sure I was not his easiest customer, but he always made the experience a good one. We got business done and we had a few good laughs a well. I always left the dealership in a good mood. He made it a fun experience. Josh kept asking me what I wanted and then worked hard to get it for me. I am a women and yes I changed my mind numerous times without hesitation. Josh just smiled and switched gears with me and never made me feel like he just wanted me to Make Up My Mind. ( he might have been thinking it) . If he wasn't a drinker before he met me I am sure he is now. Check his desk drawers. The other thing I liked about my experience at Honda of Joliet is that everytime I stopped by the other sales people would give me a very friendly Hi and say " HI, I will get Josh for you" without me even asking. That made me feel like a part of one big happy family. I love my NEW car so much and I have been walking around with a big smile since I pulled out of your lot. I was also introduced to the service department and that was a nice touch as well. I met Mark Carlson and felt good that I will be in good hands when I need to go to the service department. Josh thought of everything. He even caught the fact the plates I gave him to put on my new car were going to expire in August and recomended I renew them now. Josh you have made my day and I am so glad it was you I was working with because it was fun and you have a loyal customer and a friend who will never hesitate to refer you to friends, family and strangers on the street. Went in for an oil change only. Dani was very friendly and professional. I had an appointment and my vehicle was finished quickly. I also was very comfortable waiting for the work to be done. Angel and Kurt were the best salesmen I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I went to 3 different Honda stores and 2 other dealerships and they were the best by a long shot.
