I made an inquiry first from the internet. Came in on Memorial Day and immediately Oren was able to help me out. We test drove it and he took some basic information from me. He quoted me a price and I was on my way. At one point, another dealership quoted me an "Out the Door" price. I texted Oren and within a short period of time he had my OTD price. When it was all said and done it was close between Honda and another manufacturer. The professionalism was the difference and we continue to be Honda owners. We loved our service so much that we sought out the shift manager to say as much and we tell everyone that asks just how much we love our Civic and the service Oren and the rest of Honda of Joliet provided to us.
