Oren was great from the minute I sat down with him. I had some issues to work out and he was patient and didn't start any process until I gave him the okay. I was driving home from Cincinnati when my car began to have the same problem it had experience 3 other times over the past 4 years. When I pulled in the dealership Dani met me with a smile and it calmed have the same problem it had experience 3 other times over the past 4 years. I explained the problem and she immediately new what I was talking about and told me she was confident that the dealership would be able to take care of it. while the tech was looking into the problem, she came out to give me detail by detail status reports. Once it was decided that the car had to stay, she offered a demo for me to drive home. She gave me the persons name who would be working on the car and the process that the car would be going through. She told me when she would be calling with updates along with her day off, so I wouldn't be looking for her. During the entire 7 day experience, Dani contacted me everyday with updates so I knew exactly what was going on. I will go directly back to Dani the next time any of my 3 cars needs work. More
