First let me start off by saying I hate car shopping! I had to do it for myself a few months ago and it was a nightmare. I was now shopping for a car for my mom. She knew she wanted a Toyota rav4 and I had had to do it for myself a few months ago and it was a nightmare. I was now shopping for a car for my mom. She knew she wanted a Toyota rav4 and I had found one at Honda of Joliet. I emailed them for a price and Jackie contacted me right away, and answered all my questions. My mom, sister and I went there and Josh had come to help us. We test drove the Toyota and she really liked it but I asked Josh if she can also test drive the Honda crv to have a comparison. Josh was very knowledgeable about both cars and let us know about all the features. We unfortunately had to leave to get our kids from school and told Josh we would come back with more time. He gave us a price quote and told us to shop it around and that's exactly what I did, and found that they had the best deal in our area. Our main concern was a certain budget and Josh managed to help us with that in trading in our old car, and even helped us get it there with fear of it dying on us. I felt we got a great deal without the hassle. NO HASSLE! There was no pressure sales, no gimmicks and I wasn't treated stereotypically (meaning 3 women walk in to a dealership and they start to show you the mirrors in the visors). We didn't have to argue, endure dirty looks and the constant back and forth with sales guys credit guys or managers. I myself work in customer service and the way you are serviced is a big part in you returning and letting everyone you know. Word of mouth is the best marketing you can have. Josh is absolutely above and beyond! We were in an out as quick, he helped take stuff out of our old car to the new one and even washed my car along with my moms new one!! Josh is not your typical car salesman he made us feel like friends, he understood our concerns he's really good at his job. You can tell he enjoys his job because of the extra tlc, it means a lot to me and my family that someone gives you that extra mile. I wish I would of went there to look for my car. I will definitely recommend Honda of Joliet and tell everyone to go see Josh T. Thanks again for the EXCELLENT service. Ps. Our family was looking for a quality replacement to our tired 2007 Kia and decided on a new 2013 Honda Civic. Upon arrival at Honda of Joliet, I was greeted on a busy Saturday by Sales Associate Kurt Holzinger. Kurt was very pleasant, friendly and most importantly - HE LISTENED TO OUR FAMILY'S NEEDS!!! This is a very rare commodity in the new car business. But not for Kurt...who joined myself and my son on an extended test drive. I soon learned just how smooth the Civic rode, handled and how exceptionally quiet it was. Throughout the test drive Kurt was exceptionally well-versed in the Civic product line and model year 2013 changes/improvements. Kurt Holzinger then offered a very competitive price discount and very generous trade-in offer for our 2007 Kia. Because of Kurt's hard work on pricing , we were able to move-up one model from the base Civic to the better-equipped Civic EX. It quickly became very clear many f the other dealers we had previously dealt with were not nearly as professional nor as responsive as Honda of Joliet and kurt Holzinger. I advised Kurt that we would think things over and be ready to trade in the next several weeks. Unfortunately during this interim period, my mother passed away somewhat suddenly. This derailed any immediate trade plans for a few weeks. When I came back to see Kurt Holziner at Honda of Joilet a few weeks later, he very worked hard to ensure the earlier price quotes offered to our family were still in-place. But our family faced on last hurdle...finding the the right Civic model and color at the very end of the 2013 model year. Once again, Kurt worked very hard to not only get us the right Civic model we wanted, but had the dealership agree to remove the already-installed body side molding in order to meet our styling tastes. This was a job well-done by both Kurt Holzinger and Honda of Joliet. I had requested several quotes for Honda Accord online and Joliet Honda provided the lowest. It was little bit of work but got best price from Joliet Honda. There were other dealer who claimed to do highest volume business did not budge at all on pricing. I felt they took me for granted as I had purchased car from them before.
