This service was a recall. Not happy when that happens, but Fernando Pizano and the dealership made sure I was inconvenienced as little as [\possible. They had a loaner car ready for me as it was going to but Fernando Pizano and the dealership made sure I was inconvenienced as little as [\possible. They had a loaner car ready for me as it was going to take a few days to get the part and do the work. When they started the repair for the recall, they found other work that needed to be done. A few days latter the car was done and I returned to the dealership with my car washed and cleaned waiting for me to go. I was at the dealership no more than 5 minutes and I was on my way. A very good experience for me. More
First visit since purchasing my accord, purchased from a family friend so wasn't too sure of what maintenance it was due for. Mr. Pizano greeted me and set me right up for my oil change. He informed me of what services I should consider in the near future: he seemed very knowledgeable and explained the services and what they would entailed in great detail. I left confident knowing the my vehicle was up to date with maintenance. I will be scheduling my upcoming services with Fernando for sure. More
I went in for service this past week and Justin was my service advisor. He was very informative on what services I needed done. Brake flush, power steering flush, and an alignment. We bought a used 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe. The price was very reasonable. We asked to have the transaction completed in a timely manner and they heard/understood and did just that. Justin Resto was my Service Advisor. He was very helpful and explained all the work and pricing that would be performed on my Civic. In addition to the B3 service he had the shop personnel assess why the le and explained all the work and pricing that would be performed on my Civic. In addition to the B3 service he had the shop personnel assess why the left passenger door would lock/unlock with the key fob and driver door button. Justin was able to provide me with the detailed information on a faulty actuator for the door after consulting with the technicians. Also, he informed me that the technician(s) found that the power steering seal had a leak. He kept me informed of the status of the vehicle and provided a loaner vehicle when it was determined my car would need to be kept overnight until the parts arrived for the door. I had a very positive experience with my service appointment. More

Not only was he EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every single car on the lot (I was thoroughly impressed that he could answer any question we presented him with - for any car), he had a winning, positive and helpful personality that made the entire experience a good one. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and explained everything along the way. I will definitely be returning to Honda of Joliet for future car purchases....and I will be asking for Oren Ferguson. Very prompt and friendly service. Recommendation for new tires came as a result of completed courtesy inspection which showed I really needed them.
